The theme for the Coronation Feast of H.R.H. Kenna is "A Journey Through the Spice Routes.” The feast starts with Italy, travels through Byzantia & Persia to Cathay, then returns home.

Course the First. Leaving Home - Italy.

Course the Second. Byzantia.

Honey Roasted Baked Chicken | Stuffed Mushrooms | Fried Mustard Greens | Marinated Olives

Course the Third. Persia.

Course the Fourth. Cathay.

Five Spice Pork | Steamed Cabbage | Fruit Kebobs in Honey | Marbled tea Eggs

Dessert. Home Again - Italy.
