Marinated Olives
Olives marinated in olive oil & garlic - contributed by Michael Hobbes
  • Olives
  • Olive Oil
  • Vinegar
  • Garlic, crushed
In a saucepan, pour vinegar, add the garlic and heat. When thoroughly steeped, chill and pour over the olives. Marinate overnight. When almost ready to serve, add olive oil and stir vigorously. Serve immediately.
