XXIII. Turnips (Napones)

Nature: Warm in the second degree, humid in the first.
Optimum: Those that are long and dark.
Usefulness: They increase sperm and make the body less subject to swellings.
Dangers: They cause occlusions of the veins.
Neutralization of the Dangers: Stewed twice and eaten with very fat meats.
