Nature: Cold and dry in the second degree.
Optimum: That which is left in the fields for three months.
Usefulness: Good for those who wish to refresh the stomach and dry
out superfluous humors.
Dangers: Not very nourishing.
Neutralization of the Dangers: Consumed together with nourishing
foods.
