Orange Humus
Humus made with orange & Dijon mustard - contributed by Becky Hoover
  • 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped,
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • salt & pepper to taste
Put all ingredient in blender and process until smooth.
