Tart de Bry
 A cheese & egg tart - contributed by Becky Hoover
  • 1 pastry shell
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 ounces large curd cottage cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup sugar
Mash cheese.  Beat the eggs.  Mix eggs, cheese, and seasonings.  Put in tart shell and bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned; do not overcook.
