Lord's Loaf

DESCRIPTION: A simple and fast white
bread

3 - 3 1/2 cups flour

1 package (1 Tbs.) yeast

1 Tbs. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1 1/4 cup water

1 Tbs. butter
Heat water & butter to approx. 120º F. Mix 3 cups of
flour,
yeast, sugar, & salt until well blended. Pour water & butter
into
flour & beat until dough is stretchy. Knead until smooth, approx.
10
minutes. Place in a large greased bowl, cover, and let rise until
doubled. Punch dough down and form loaf into desired shape. Place in
loaf
pan or on baking sheet and let rise until doubled. Bake in a 400º
F oven for 25-30 minutes.
