DESCRIPTION: A rolled stuffed steak, baked in sauce
Bring to a boil all the ingredients for the sauce; reduce heat and stir until thick.
Slice the beef roll into approx. 1-inch slices. Arrange in a pan. Cover with sauce and bake at 350° F for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour. Serve.
