Spiced Butter

DESCRIPTION: Butter whipped with cream, nutmeg, & cardamom

  • 1 lb. butter
  • 2 Tbs. cream
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cardamom
Whip butter; add cream and whip in seasonings.

Goes well with Cardamom Bread.
