A Feast of Turkish Delights

1st Course
Ekmek - bread.

Tereyagi - butter.

Domates Corbasi - Tomato Soup. Tomatoes & greens blended into a beef broth.

Koy Salatasi - Village Salad. A salad of greens, goat's cheese and olives, dressed in olive oil & balsamic vinegar.



2nd Course

Cacik - traditional Turkish appetizer & garnish of yogurt, cucumbers & garlic.

Istanbul Pilavi - Istanbul Rice. Chicken breast served with rice, peas & almonds.



Presentation of the Queen's Wafer
Chocolate-raspberry Fleurs



3rd Course

<>Piyaz - Bean Salad. Beans, onions & eggs dressed in coriander leaves, lemon juice & olive oil.

Patlican Kizartmasi -  Eggplant Chutney. A roasted eggplant chutney with tomato & garlic.

Adana Kebab - Beef Kebabs. Minced beef & onion on skewers.

Kabak Tatlisi - Squash Dessert. Squash stewed in sugar.

Asure - Noah's Ark. Traditional Turkish dessert of nuts & dried fruits cooked with sugar & pearl barley.
